WHAT IS THE MAGIC ONLINE PLAYER REWARDS PROGRAM?

The Magic Online Player Rewards (MOPR) program offers players Magic Online Player Rewards Packs through their monthly Magic Online activity. This activity includes playing in select Magic Online events as well as making purchases in the Magic Online Store.

MOPR PROMO CARDS

Magic Online Player Rewards Packs are available through the Magic Online Player Rewards program. Each Magic Online Player Rewards Pack will contain one random promo card from the list on the bottom of this page. (All cards on the list are equally likely.)

HOW DO I GET MOPR CARDS?

By participating in the Magic Online Rewards Program, you are eligible to receive up to six (6) Magic Online Player Rewards Pack per month.

One (1) Magic Online Player Rewards Pack

Participate in at least one (1) League courses, Queue (minimum 8 players) events, and/or Scheduled events.

Two (2) Additional Magic Online Player Rewards Packs

Participate in at least five (5) League courses, Queue (minimum 8 players) events, and/or Scheduled events. These are in addition to the one (1) for playing in one (1) qualifying event above, for a maximum of three from events.

One (1) Magic Online Player Rewards Pack

$20.00 USD spent in the Magic Online Store (excluding coupons, shipping, and taxes).

Two (2) Additional Magic Online Player Rewards Packs

$40.00 USD spent in the Magic Online Store (excluding coupons, shipping, and taxes). These are in addition to the one (1) for spending $20.00 USD in the store above, for a maximum of three from store purchases.

SCHEDULE

Magic Online Player Rewards periods begin on the first of each month and lasts until the first of the following month.

Q: When does the updated program period start?

A: The version of the Magic Online Player Rewards Program. It starts May 1, 2018 and will run monthly as detailed in the schedule above.

Q: Who can join it?

A: This program is open to anyone who has created a Magic Online account that is in good standing and meets the Magic Online Player Rewards eligibility requirements. We ask for a valid email address (so that we can contact you about the program). The Eligibility Requirements and Official Terms of the program can be found below.

Q: How do I sign up for the program?

A: If you are new to Magic Online, start by signing up and downloading Magic Online.

Once you are signed up, or if you already have an account, please read through the Magic: The Gathering Online Player Rewards Program Official Terms at the bottom of this page. If you agree to the terms and agree that you are eligible, log into the Magic Online client and do the following:

Go to Account > Policy Agreements > Select "YES, I have read the eligibility requirements and am eligible to participate in the Rewards Program" in the Player Rewards Eligibility section.

Q: When does a month end or the next one begin?

Each monthly period begins on the 1^st at 08:00 AM PT and ends on the 1^st of the following month at 08:00 AM PT.

Q: Do entries into Leagues count as an event for the Magic Online Player Rewards program?

Yes! Rewards are based on when you enter a League. So, if you join a league during one Magic Online Player Reward period and complete your course during the next one, it will count toward the earlier period.

Q: How do I get the promo cards?

Once you have agreed to the Magic Online Player Rewards Official Terms, your Magic Online Player Rewards progress for the current monthly period begins. The period ends on the 1^st of the following next month at 00:00 UTC. Your Sign-up Date is the date that we activate your membership (not necessarily the date you created your Magic Online account). Within 30 days after the period ends, we will grant Magic Online Reward Packs based upon the criteria above ("HOW DO I GET MOPR CARDS?"). You can log in any time after this to open any of the Magic Online Rewards Packs you have received, and a card from the list below will added to your collection.

The Magic Online Rewards Packs can be traded, as can the Promo Cards contained within them once opened.

OFFICIAL TERMS

PARTICIPATION IN THIS REWARDS PROGRAM CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL TERMS.

1. BINDING AGREEMENT: In order to enter the "Magic Online Player Rewards Program" ("Rewards Program"), you must agree to these Official Terms ("Terms"). Therefore, please read these Terms prior to participation to ensure you understand and agree. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and Sponsor (as defined below) with respect to the Rewards Program.

2. ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible to participate in the Rewards Program, you must be: (1) a legal resident of and physically located in the United States; (2) above the age of majority in your state of residence at the time of participation; and (3) have a Magic Online account as explained in our User Agreement. The following are not eligible to participate in this Rewards Program: employees, interns, contractors, and official office-holders of Sponsor, and their immediate families (parents, siblings, children, spouses, and life partners of each, regardless of where they live) and members of the households (whether related or not), and Sponsor's parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, advertising and promotion agencies, representatives, and agents ("Rewards Program Entities"). Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and to adjudicate on any dispute at any time.

3. SPONSOR: The Rewards Program is sponsored by Daybreak Game Company LLC ("Sponsor") located at 13500 Evening Creek Drive North, Suite 300, San Diego, CA 92128, USA.

4. REWARDS PROGRAM PERIOD: The Rewards Program begins on the 1st of each month at 08:00 AM PT and ends on the 1st of the following month at 07:59 AM PT.

5. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE: To enter the Rewards Program, log onto your Magic Online account and select your eligibility for this program.

All registrations will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of registration, and the potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder for that email address. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned to an email address by an Internet service provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain.

6. REWARDS QUALIFICATIONS: Sponsor will award Rewards to participants based on their qualifying activity in Magic Online.

Each player's qualifying activity is calculated at the end of each monthly period and Rewards Qualifications are determined at that time. Each monthly period begins on the first of each month and lasts until the first of the following month. Qualifying player activity and/or Rewards Qualifications cannot be carried over between monthly periods.

7. PROMO CARDS: Sponsor will add Magic Online digital Promo Cards directly to each participant's account based on his or her Rewards Qualifications during the monthly period. The Sponsor will award these cards on a monthly basis. Each Rewards Qualification entitles the qualifying player to a specific promo card. The Rewards are as follows:

One (1) Magic Online Player Rewards Pack

Participate in at least one (1) League courses, Queue (minimum 8 players) events, and/or Scheduled events.

Two (2) Additional Magic Online Player Rewards Packs

Participate in at least one (5) League courses, Queue (minimum 8 players) events, and/or Scheduled events. These are in addition to the one (1) for playing in one (1) qualifying event above.

One (1) Magic Online Player Rewards Pack

Full $20.00 USD spent in the Magic Online Store (excluding coupons, shipping, and taxes).

Two (2) Additional Magic Online Player Rewards Packs

Full $40.00 USD spent in the Magic Online Store (excluding coupons, shipping, and taxes). These are in addition to the one (1) for spending $20.00 USD in the store above.

The Magic Online Rewards Packs grants are cumulative, so someone could earn up to 6 Magic Online Rewards Packs by playing in 5 or more qualifying events and spending $40 USD or more in the Magic Online store.

The Magic Online Rewards Packs will be awarded within approximately 30 days of Sponsor's verification of the qualifying activity. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent for Magic Online Rewards Packs is allowed, except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

8. TAXES: The participants and their parents and legal guardians (if applicable) are responsible for ensuring that they comply with all the applicable tax laws and filing requirements.

9. CONDUCT: All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Failure to comply with these Official Terms may result in disqualification from the Rewards Program. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant from the Rewards Program if, in Sponsor's sole discretion, it reasonably believes that the participant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Rewards Program by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or annoys, abuses, threatens or harasses any other participants, viewers, or Sponsor. Further, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds in its sole discretion to be: (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the operation of the Rewards Program or Sponsor's web site(s); (b) violating these Official Terms; or (c) violating the User Agreement or any other conditions of service, conditions of use and/or general rules or guidelines of any of Sponsor's property or services. Participants further agree to comply with and be bound by decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final in all respects.

10. PRIVACY: By participating in the Rewards Program, you acknowledge that you have already agreed to the conditions of Sponsor's Privacy Policy, which applies to this Rewards Program and incorporated herein by this reference. Furthermore, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as described therein and for the purposes of administering this Rewards Program in accordance with such privacy policy.

11. LIABILITY: By participating in the Rewards Program, you: (a) agree, to the fullest extent of the law, to release and hold harmless Sponsor, and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Rewards Program, and (b) grant to Sponsor the right to use and publish your proper name and state or province and/or country, statements, photograph, voice and/or likeness for any advertising and promotional purposes relating to the Rewards Program, in any media now known or hereafter devised, without further notice, compensation, consideration, review or consent and without regard to moral rights, except where prohibited by law.

Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for the following: (a) telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur; (b) any incorrect or inaccurate information, (c) any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Rewards Program, or any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of purchases and/or invoices in connection with the Rewards Program; or (d) any injury or damage to participants related to or resulting from participating in this Rewards Program. If, for any reason, the Rewards Program is not capable of running as planned, including because of tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, force majeure, or any other cause beyond the control of Sponsor which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Rewards Program, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Rewards Program. Sponsor reserves the right to change these Official Terms at any time, with or without notice.

12. RIGHT TO CANCEL, MODIFY OR DISQUALIFY: If for any reason the Rewards Program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Rewards Program, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Rewards Program. Sponsor further reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the Rewards Program. Any attempt by a participant to deliberately damage any web site, including the Magic Online game, or undermine the legitimate operation of the Rewards Program or the Magic Online game is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such participant to the fullest extent of the applicable law.

13. FORUM AND RECOURSE TO JUDICIAL PROCEDURES: The Rewards Program and Official Terms are governed and interpreted by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
