TREASURE CHEST UPDATES SEPTEMBER 28
Check out the Treasure Chest information page to see the latest updates to Treasure Chests in Magic Online. These changes will take effect tomorrow at 10 a.m.—we'll post on our Twitter page once the swap is complete.
MODERN CUBE TOMORROW–OCTOBER 11
Modern Cube makes its return just in time to be featured in the Season 2 MOCS Showcase (October 8, twitch.tv/magic). We'll have both a regular Phantom Draft League and Single-Elimination Draft for a two-week run, just like always.

MIRRODIN–DARKSTEEL FLASHBACK DRAFT ENDING
The way-back machine visits proto-New Phyrexia with Mirrodin–Darksteel Flashback Drafts on Magic Online until 10 a.m. today. Entry options are 10 Event Tickets or 100 Play Points.
Reminder: Flashback decks are Phantom, so cards drafted are not added to collections.
PIONEER QUALIFIER FRIDAY
On Friday, September 30, there will be a Pioneer Qualifier with a special start time of 2 p.m. PT (21:00 UTC). The event costs 40 Season 3 QPs, and the top two finishers will earn an invitation to the tabletop Regional Championship Season 1.

PAUPER SUPER QUALIFIER SATURDAY
On Saturday, October 1, there will be a Pauper Super Qualifier with a start time of 7 a.m. PT (14:00 UTC). The entry fee is 40 MOCS Qualifier Points, 40 Event Tickets, or 400 Play Points. The top four finishers qualify for the tabletop Regional Championship Season 1.

PREMIER PLAY CALENDAR UPDATE – RC SEASON 2 & MOCS SEASON 3
We have updated the Premier Play Event Calendar with Qualifiers and Super Qualifiers that feed Regional Championship Round 2 in October and November. Your first chance to earn an invitation for that round takes place Saturday, October 7.
Additionally, we have made adjustments to the MOCS Showcase Challenge schedule. The Standard and Legacy Showcase Challenges originally slated for October 22-23 have been pushed back two weeks to November 5-6.

MAGIC ONLINE FORMAT CHALLENGES EVERY WEEKEND
Format Challenges are the first step toward qualifying for Premier Play through your favorite Magic formats and provide excellent prizes for those looking to test their mettle in their favorite formats. Learn more about Premier Play qualification to get started today.
Magic Online's Format Challenges run once on Saturdays and once on Sundays for each Constructed format! On weekends featuring Showcase Challenge events, the Format Challenge that starts at either 6 a.m., 8 a.m., or 10 a.m. Pacific time is pre-empted by the Showcase Challenge; Format Challenges scheduled at other times remain in place.
NOTES:
- Pauper and Vintage Challenges are never pre-empted.
- Saturday Legacy Challenges require 32 players and give prizes to Top 32.
- Sunday Legacy Challenges require 64 players and give prizes to Top 64.

- 32-Player events are 6 rounds with no playoff and require 32 players to fire.
- 64-Player events are 7 rounds with no playoff and require 64 players to fire.

CHANGE LOG
- Modern Cube and Treasure Chests have been updated.
- Terror of the Peaks will correctly not require extra life payments when it's targeted twice by a spall or if a targeting action is undone and redone.
- Declaration in Stone will correctly leave tokens on the battlefield other than those with the same name as its target.
- Karn Liberated will correctly function with exiled Adventure cards in a restarted game.
